Caroline Cascadden Senior Spotlight
Caroline Cascadden has been at APEX for 9 years
Favorite memory from your years at APEX:
The hilarious dance parties I would have with my teammates on floor. We danced like no one was watching, even though everyone was staring at us with crazy eyes.
Your Favorite Meet:
Pink Meet! I love putting pink sparkles in my hair, wearing beautiful leos, and raising money for breast cancer awareness! It’s an added bonus that Philadelphia is a fun city!
Which skill was the toughest for you to learn?
A tkatchev on bars.
What do you have planned for the future?
I am committed to West Chester University where I will study Health Sciences and compete for their gymnastics team! Go Golden Rams!
Do you have any words of advice for younger gymnasts?
Be positive. Gymnastics is very challenging mentally, physically, and emotionally. When curve balls are thrown at you and feel the whole world is against you, stay strong, be positive, and never give up. Having a quick dance party or laughing with your teammates can help you get through the toughest times.
