The APEX Team crowned 6 state gymnastics champions and a trampoline Regional Champion this past weekend. Elisa Ramos finished first on trampoline at the Region 7 Championships in Pennsylvania on May 5th. Elisa also finished second in tumbling. Elisa and teammate Dylan Steigerwald ( 2nd double mini tramp) qualified to compete in the Tumbling & Trampoline National Championships in Palm Beach, Florida in July.

The APEX Level 3 team finished 8th as a team at the Virginia State meet in Virginia Beach. There were 43 teams represented at states. APEX was led by state champions – Jadyn Thomas (bb, fx, aa), Annie Stone (v), Brooklyn Burch (v), and Brooke James (ub). Many other gymnasts had top three podium finishes.
